  The place is inside the Lotte mall 5th floor. The waiting time is short, it's open at 9 AM. To get a visa, there are many documents to be completed. They only receive the payment in cash. Usually it will take 7 business days or more to pick up the pasport They have the kpop picture figures area, you can take a picture with them.

  I truly respect all rules set by any authority. But this is completely stunning. What i experienced at KVAC - it looks like wearing mask regulation is just when you enter the entrance. Security strictly not letting anyone without mask to enter. - i complained about people who don't even put the mask on inside the area. Comes up the security asked me which one, and he will ask that person to put it on. What a joke. I am not the security.. at least let the security to the job. Out of 6 people who don't put on the mask properly and wearing mask, he went to one person i pointed only and that's it. A at least if mask for an accessory only at the entrance. State it clear. Hopefully KVAC could hire better securities to discipline awesome rules created for staff and visitor safety and security.
