    I’ve never been compelled to write a review before, but my experience with OfficeNow’s customer service was so dreadful that I feel the need to warn others. Dealing with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First of all, the professionalism of the staff is highly questionable. The employees clearly lack proper training and the basic courtesy expected from a customer service team. They don’t seem motivated to assist customers, which is baffling for a company that supposedly caters to businesses and their urgent needs. Requests are often ignored or delayed. I had pressing issue that required immediate attention, yet their staff either failed to respond or dismissed my concerns altogether. It’s as if urgency and accountability mean nothing to them. I found myself chasing after them for updates, only to be met with indifference and excuses. The lack of a proper customer service standby system is another glaring issue.
