  Today was my first time applying for a visa through TLS on my own. I was quite nervous, but the experience was great! The new TLS office at The Plaza is very organized, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mas Adam for assisting me and sharing useful tips on arranging my documents. I was even told that, for a first-time applicant, my documents were very well organized which made me very happy! 🤗😊 Thank you for the excellent service. Now hoping for a positive visa result! 😊💪🏻💪🏻

  I must give a 5-star review for TLScontact Jakarta. It was my first time applying for a French visa in Jakarta, as I normally applied in Kuala Lumpur or London previously. At first, I wasn’t sure whether I would be allowed to apply here, considering I’m Indonesian but currently living abroad. Before my appointment date, someone kindly called to confirm my attendance, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival, Mas Adam at reception was absolutely lovely and explained the entire process very clearly. Everything felt organised and smooth from the beginning. The document collection process with Mba Fauzan was excellent as well. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough when checking all of my documents. She also gave helpful suggestions and made sure I hadn’t missed anything important, which made me feel very reassured throughout the process. Overall, everything was efficient and took around 30–45 minutes, including biometrics. I would highly recommend choosing the earliest appoin

  Thank you for your service—honestly, it has been a fantastic experience. This was my first time applying for a Schengen visa independently without a travel agent, and I have to say the customer service at TLScontact has been incredibly helpful. There were a lot of documents to prepare, but the staff at the desk guided us through the process patiently and helped us organise everything properly. They were also very accommodating by allowing us to complete some missing documents on the same day, as we needed a few additional documents that required some time to obtain. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility throughout the process. I unfortunately don't remember her name, but the staff member who assisted us was brilliant. She answered all our questions clearly and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Please pass on our appreciation to the team on the ground. That being said, I would also like to share some feedback regarding the online system.

  The service was thorough yet also friendly and helpful to applicants throughout every stage of the process. Simple but effective, particularly for those who prioritize precision. The room was also comfortable, clean, and well equipped with all necessary facilities. However, because everything runs so efficiently and the process moves quickly, I personally have not had the chance to experience any of the additional facilities.
