  I had a wonderful stay at Aston Hotel Jambi. From the moment I arrived, everything felt comfortable and well-organized. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The service truly stood out during my visit. All the staff were friendly and professional, but I would like to give special appreciation to Cindi from the front office. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm smile and attentive service made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She was also very responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the hotel facilities were excellent.   We have a great 3 nights stay , fantastic hotel with complimentary shuttle pick up & drop off from airport. Comfortable bed & great shower room . Room feels luxurious with plenty of space . Highly recommend for anyone for a short trip to jambi .

  Had a great time at Aston Jambi Hotel. The F&B service was really good, especially Mas Edo. He was super friendly, helpful, and always attentive from start to finish. Made our experience even better. Would definitely come back! 😊

  resubmitting my previous review after clearing up a misunderstanding with the hotel team. I also want to apologize for my reaction at the time/yesterday. I’ve stayed here on and off for the past 10 months and have truly enjoyed my experience overall. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate the hotel’s effort to avoid plastic bottles in both the bedrooms and meeting rooms. The welcome drink,especially the evening ginger drink is a lovely touch, and the cleanliness throughout the property has always been excellent. Thank you to the team for the hospitality and for resolving the situation professionally. I look forward to staying again.
