  the first time when your name called one of the employee gives unfriendly face, she was not friendly at all. then after all the procedure I paid the fee. In the paper said I could get the new passport in 3 working days. On that day I arrived at 11 am to take my passport but I was told to come back at 14 am because all the passport pickup started at that time. Unfortunately when I want to take the passport, they said the server down/error/whatever so it will take a month to finish. Why didn't you tell me before I came back to your place? I am not staying in Jambi, I need my passport, it is wasting my time here. it is really unprofessional.

  From 16 years work my documents with immgration in indonesia. This immigration is the most complicated immigration i was dealing with. The worker not knowing what they do. And they have stupid questions makes people upset. Not professional, always pending the job as long as possible. And confuse them self afterwards 😕 so bad. Not even worth one star.

  some employees of Jambi immigration do not respect others' time. They even try clothing in front of the people who want to finish the passport registration while they're working and make the people wait for them. they use office time for their personal interests that is not even appropriate in front of the people. the immigration office should fire those people who are not responsible to their job. THEY ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Besides, they refuse to take people's birth certificate and stop the passport registration without any reason. They said it was fake birth certificate, they just guessed it without doing any serious investigation. those people live far from jambi city, the employees DO NOT respect their effort and time. according to DIREKTORAT JENDERAL IMIGRASI Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia Dasar : Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI Nomor 8 Tahun 2014 tentang Paspor Biasa dan Surat Perjalanan Laksana Paspor 1.
