  We had a wonderful experience with our Batam tour package. Our group enjoyed both the team-building activities and the city tour, everything was well-organized and fun. The tour guides (specially Johan) were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the trip, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Special thanks to the contact person who arranged our tour. Despite several last-minute changes, they remained very welcoming, flexible, and accommodating. Overall, highly recommended for groups looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free Batam experience.

  Thank you for the wonderful experience! Our tour was very well taken care of by Octa, who was knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about Batam. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team was flexible, accommodating, and ensured we had an enjoyable time even though it was just a short day trip. The massage at Absolete Spa was amazing. Despite us taking a little longer than expected in some tour spots , they kindly adjusted the schedule for us. Lunch at Golden Prawn was delicious and the portions were generous. We truly had a great time and would love to come back for at least a 2-day, 1-night trip next time — a day trip just isn’t enough!

  We had a great time in our short Batam trip. Our tour guide is very responsive and our tour bus is very clean and very comfortable. We enjoy all the places we visited, though we missed out to visit those included in the itinerary. The breakfast and seafood lunch is very sumptuous. Steven is very attentive to our queries and request. Kudos to your team for your impressive effort.
