  I really do not like to give businesses bad reviews but i had a very bad experience with this team. I applied for visitor visas for a group and they did not inform me until the day before the flights about the visa restrictions during the time for certain passport holders. Due to this i had to cancel my flights and accomodation with no refund. Now that the visa is processed they are refusing to send the approved visa documents. I was told i would receive a 50% refund but only received a 30% refund. Please be aware of this poor handling of these visa’s and scam.

  I had a good and easy experience to extend VOA with Bali Visa Pro. Very positive and friendly lady Sasha got my passport details and payment in office, that took couple minutes. I applied via agency in advance and got appointment 6 days before VOA expired. In immigration office it took half hour waiting my ticket turn and one minute to take photo and at the same afternoon extension was sent to my WhatsApp. Safe, easy, fast.
