  This place is perfect for extending your visa! Just contact them and they will pick up your passport at your hotel/appartement and bring it back to wherever you want. You only need to go to the immigration office once, which is far better than the usual 3 or 4 times, especially when travelling around like I do. The price was 800k (doing it yourself is 500k), which I thought was fair. Besides that the communication was perfect, Anna is super friendly!

  Made the process so easy for us! We got in a bad accident 2 days before we were suppose to leave, so we needed to extend our visa ASAP. They made it so easy for us, went in and put 200,000 rupiah down for a deposit. Then paid the rest once the process was done and they delivered the passports to us. Only had to go in once for photos & to get finger printed, they had us take a number but then immediately called us back and got to skip the waiting line. Would definitely recommend for extending your visa, saved us!
