  We were here for a visa extension (can als be done online 14d before expiry date). The staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. It's walk-in, therefore you don't have to book an appointment before you go there.

  Very good experience extending our tourist visa here. The process went much quicker then in Bali suggested, maybe it’s because there are almost no tourists and therefore the process goes smoothly. We did the photo, fingerprints, payment and first visit in 1 day, after 2 days we could pick up our passports including extended visa. Very Friendly staff. Be aware that you’ll wear appropriate clothing (long shorts, also for men). Good luck!
