  This hotel is far from airport. You will pay 200000IDR of taxi to reach it. Better rent a room in hotel that are really near of airport if you are in transit. Room are very used and don't have electricity plugs, except one for the tv! Shower have a weak pressure but hot water. The shower drain smell sewage that is spreading in the room. AC doesn't deliver. The hall smell badly cigarette because de staff is non-stop smoking. I'm sure that there are better hotel in Makassar for one night.

  Nice place if you need to stay for a night in Makassar. Rooms are outdated but my shower was really nice. Airco in the rooms as well. There’s some nice food places around as well. Service was very good, the guy behind the desk was very friendly and helped me to get cheap transport to Bira.

  +centrally located +very nice and helpful staff Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Beds are on the harder side (which I like). Good for meeting other travellers. Did not have much luck with the „local“ tour operator there though. No recommendation for him.

  Great staff in a an older hostel that reeks of cigarettes and stale smoke. The rooms are dirty and old. The sheets, the bed, the walls- everything is dirty and unwashed. The towels need to be thrown OUT-they were dirty and ripped!? See pics. The hallway/elevator and shared area reeks of old stale cigarette smoke-I’m a smoker (outside only for this very reason!) and the smell was so thick and pervasive it made me start to throw up. The whole area needs non smoking rule. The staff were lovely- they had the obligatory tour guide pouncing on every tourist that walked in, offering tours for Tanah Toraja etc-you may find this helpful, we did not. We got a guide for cheaper price up at Rantepao. Also-we asked what time breakfast would be available in the morning, they said 7am as the driver was picking us up at 7, they would make brekkie early. Come 7am the guy was asleep on the couch, and no one was around. At just past 7 the worker arrived, woke up the driver and then even though we sai
