  Very good Service! Have been there for extending my visa at the foreigner counter. The people helping to find your way, the process is very fast and efficient. Everybody is very friendly. Terima kasih. Edit: Answer about Visa arrived just after 1 hour! Much faster than in other immigration offices where i had to wait until my last day of permitted stay. Great! :)

  Well maintenance immigration office in Malang. Very clean and well informed for all administration works. Staffs are very helpful and friendly passport reviewer. They also have clean lounge and provide good Tempo magazine while waiting for the queue.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Office environment is very clean and organized. There're free drinking water, candies, even tea and coffee.. that's wonderful. However car parking availability is so limited and motorcycle parking is becoming too crowded. Hopefully that matter could be resolved soon. Overall it's great.

  I would like to sincerely thank the Immigration Office in Malang for the extremely high quality of help and service. The process was handled very quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated.
