Even our last driver to Bromo, Pak Taufik beyond the expectation. He took care a lot and always make sure we are in a good and comfortable situation. Our trip to Malang and Bromo always be the memorable one. 11 years knowing Transwisata and hopefully to many years ahead. We are strongly suggest you contact them for your great trip anywhere.   Truly not recommended. I attempt booking through this agent since Saturday. She told meshe will handle by Monday. I could havw booked myself over website but i thought through an agent would ve better as i was in Malaysia purchasing ticket of local flight indonesia. Monday i contacted her and finalize my booking, i transfered money to my relative in Indonesia and send her there. In no time suddenly she told my relative she is closing the shop. No responsobility at all. Closing time was 4.30pm, she closed at 3pm. Then the next day my relative went to her place and made the purchase she took full payment. In 2 hour she text my relative that the rate has increase. So i called her saying why are you not taking responsibility of the delay u caused . She say no she wont be able to make any consideration. So i finally asked refund and book myself. Agent that are not keen for business. Not even considerate towards buyer and their situation. I dont recommend taking their service.
