  We were in a panic when we realised how long our visas would take to do ourselves and realised we wouldn’t have enough time to sort it out and didn’t want to go back and forth from the immigration office. thankfully we found this agency and they were so helpful and took all the stress out of it. we just showed up to the immigration office and were in and out in half an hour, our visas got approved 3 days later. we made the trip from gili air and it was easy and door to door the whole thing took us 3 and a half hours.   This was a very helpful service, we were a little worried about figuring out everything for our EVOA extension and getting it done in the time we had on Gili Air. We got the express service from QuickVisa and they helped take care of things at every step of the way. We spent a few hours traveling to the Mataram Immigration office on Lombok, but they helped arrange transportation in Lombok and had someone meet us at the office to help. This definitely made it a very smooth and hassle-free process, would recommend!
