  Do not ask them to organise any visa, my nieces paid money for Irene to help them and she really did the wrong thing, did not send through the paperwork as provided and also put the wrong information of the application. Not sure if mistake or deliberate but given the circumstances I believe it was deliberate act of spite for some reason.

  Very bad, took their service on our vacation visa, they insisted on very few document needed like only passport and id copy, and eventually our visa got rejected with reason no real proof of vacation intention. Apply online or use travel agency is better, more documents needed is actually better ensuring and strengthening our applications, we reapply then visa was approved. This service centre is wasting our money, do you think a visa is cheap??? An polite old lady, but did you play a joke on applying our visa???

  Nice ambiance. Great classes and good teachers and staff members. A place recommended for everyone to learn English, from SD students to adults.

  Definitely the best place in Medan to study or improve your english, Australia Centre have some of the best english teacher that i ve ever met, there are some local teacher and also foreign teacher, Definitely worth a try
