    I highly recommend this immigration office! The staff here are truly outstanding, especially Pak Darto and the front office team—they deserve so much appreciation. If you need assistance with your passport, just visit and speak with them politely. They are incredibly helpful and will find the best solution for you. In my case, I needed to update my birth location, and they resolved it in less than 15 minutes! Their services worth more than 5 stars!

    The foreigner service officers are the best. I extended my wife's ITAS here. At first i didn't know what kind of documents that are necessary. I''m quite a busy man, so instead of visiting the offfice more than onc3, i contact the personally from customer service number, and.... They are very fast respond, the explain it to me all the documents that are needed for ITAS extension. so thank you!!! keeep it up

    VISA extension as a foreigner, great place to do it ! If you do the online process, you’ll only have to come here for less than an hour. To complete the online process, you have to 1) register your VISA and 2) make the extension request. Then come here, on 1st floor, they speak English, they are nice, and everything goes well ! Enjoy Indonesia and Sumatra !
