  Overall good & efficient service provided by the tour agency. The tour itinerary has room for improvement to include more places to visit. Taman Simalem Resort was a disappointment with regards to the quality of its food & rooms. Driver cum tour guide Candra that was assigned for our 5D4N tour was very professional, knowlegeable, jovial, helpful & accommodating. He provided very good recommendations on places to visit that were not included in the itinerary. He made our holiday very enjoyable & memorable.
