Me and my family were very grateful and happy to have him as our TL💖💖💖. He is very responsive and always give us a details reminder schedule everyday. He is very working by his heart💖 and treated us like his family. He also taking care of my mom. Thank you for everything. Even though when i'm tired i could still laughing because of him, he can break the ice 💖💖💖. Thank you Avia for having him as our TL..grateful to know him.

    They dont deserve any star actually. The tour to china was horribly arranged. Very cheap food and flight at midnite. And the visa dept is the Worst among all. The lady who handle my visa has NO experience and gv customer problem. They acted as if they dont need customer. its terrible. next time i wont use their service anymore

    You may need to improve your agent staff to be a smart agent. We had quite a nervous experience for my wife visa processes. But, afterward, when we speak up with a different agent, the issue is resolved. But again, this causes us nervous. Becuase previously we have awesome experience when processing visa before pandemi. Anyway, keep improving the AVIA tour.
