  Great stay overall. The hotel’s location is very strategic, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.

  The room is smelly, like someone just smoking yet the room we ordered is non smoking room. We asked for changing room but all the rooms are smoke smell. The receptionist just mentioned that they can’t control if the guest is smoking in the room. How come? The aircon is not cold at all, even I had set it to cold 16 degree full fan, still feels like just fan. No mineral water provided yet they provide water jug and glass without kettle, am I supposed to drink directly from the tap water? Neither toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. Overall the hotel is just overrated and overpriced.

  The best budget hotel in town. Lokasi di tengah kota, kamar bersih gt juga kamar mandi nya. Shower air panasnya 'daebaaak' pengen dibawa pulang 😆 u/ kelas budget hotel, they have everything needed. Hairdryer, clean tv channel, fold working table, safety box, clothes hanger, toiletries (only provide one toothbrush), towels for two. And water dispenser outside the room. Overall, very recommeded to stay over..

  If you are traveling for bussiness or solo traveling this hotel is recomanded for you, but not recomanded for staycation with family, because this hotel have a small space of room and too narrow. The restaurant for the breakfast is too not really comfort to enjoying your breakfast. Is better you book your room without breakfast, you can find many warrung arround hotel to buy some food for your breakfast.Location near with Pekan Baru Mall easy to walk arround. Overall the services of staff is execelent, they are all are friendly and welcoming guest.
