  My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay here. The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it very easy to relax. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which offered a great variety of tasty options to start our day. Another major highlight was the swimming pool—it was clean and beautifully maintained, perfect for the kids. Overall, it was a highly comfortable and pleasant stay. Special thank you to Pak Bayu for assisting with the last-minute booking process. Thank you to the team for the great hospitality!

  Our recent 3-day stay, we noticed that the service quality, particularly the reception staff, has declined and not friendly as before. We experienced a case involving a lost item in Lobby. After checking with the reception, we were simply told that no item had been found. we spoke with the Duty Manager, Mr. Arie (if I remember his name correctly) later on. He immediately arranged for another check, and the item was successfully located. We would like to sincerely thank him for his willingness to really check. Excellent job. In contrast, some reception staff appeared unwilling to make additional efforts and were quick to conclude that the item was not found. This inconsistency in service is so disappointing!!!!! We also noticed that the room amenities have become more limited compared to previous stays. When requesting a replacement towel, we were initially informed that additional charges/cost would apply. Fortunately, another call later, someone assisted us and kindly arranged the

  Great location, consistent supply of hot water for shower, clean room, good view from hotel room. No bottled water provided, so need to refill your own from the alley water dispenser. Pillows abit hard, but the mattress is ok. Overall good stay.

  The carpet on the hallway is very smelly. The weather outside was hot and humid, hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness and need more attention to check on all the rooms before guest arrives. The door lock was not functioning when we got into the room. But theres not much choice of hotel in Pekanbaru, so we just had to stay there for the night. Ive stayed at better Novotel elsewhere.
