  Actually all the service is very good, but it's all depends from the application. If we have the queue number, it all goes well. But if we don't have it, we will discommodity to have our paspor. Maybe all they have to do is to make sure the apps goes well and people can use it easily and comfortable. So, when you come here, you should show to the officer the queue number you get from the application. Then you will directed to the inside the building and all you have to do is enter the building and when you enter the next front door, you can see the receptionist at your right hand. You can queue again to have your folder. Then you can go further and have a standing table to fill the form based from your identity number and etc. After that you can waiting in the waiting room and waiting for your turn. After that you the officer will check your completeness file. If your file incomplete, you may have to return home and bring the file that left behind and come back again with agreed hours.
