  I stayed here for a business trip. I originally booked a non-smoking room on the 5th floor, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room on the 6th floor. The hotel itself feels quite dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The room was acceptable, but the interior looks old compared to other hotels in the same category. Breakfast was also very standard, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the stay was okay for a short business trip, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in maintaining non-smoking rooms and upgrading the guest experience.

  Overall a nice stay. The duvet smelt damp when I first arrived so I had to ask the hotel to change it. They were responsive and immediately changed everything but the next day when they cleaned the room, they were again damp. Some stuff in the bathroom were rusty. The building was a bit old. Better if they could do renovation for the old stuffs

  Good ambience hotel and a nice view. A very worth it hotel especially its presidential suite. Clean, nice, a very friendly hotel. The breakfast is nice as-well, I recommend the kue keroncong it’s a very unique experience. It is a very foreigner friendly hotel since the staff can speak english very well

  Room is nice, staff is friendly, breakfast is gaawwd. Stay for 2 nights was worth the penny 10/10 🫶🏼
