  It was my first time making a passport (mine was expired) here for holiday. Previously i already applied from M-paspor so when i came there I only spent less than 30 minutes. I can say the hospitality is so GOOD BRO!, totally different compares to years ago at another Immigration Point. The security, front desk officers, photographer staff was sooo kind, polite, explained clearly (so don’t worry if its ur first time coming here). And the plus thing, there was no queue at all, i love it. The second time of my visit for taking my passport, I met different staff but their service was amazing too. I would recommend this to you guys, especially if you need a passport asap.

  bagus efisiensi waktunya kecuali keramahannya , pas mau foto ditanya "yakin jilbabnya kayak gini? (posisi aku pakai pasmina) . Ga semua orang tau ya kalo foto yang bener gimana ya mbak, punten nih, kenapa ga langsung bilang aja maaf kak atau permisi boleh jilbabnya sedikit dikebelakangin biar alisnya kelihatan, kedua ue disuruh print ss an tanda karyawan kalo bukti aku kerja di perusahaan aku, dah nunggu lama ternyata petugasnya lupa print aku harus nyamperin ulang, ketiga cuma memastikan bukti yang dibawa itu perlu bukti transfer engga soalnya disuratnya ada suruh lampirin tapi jawabannya ga enak nadanya,sekian pengalaman pertama disana, bilik no 6 tulisannya sih prioritas tp pelayanannya ngga bgt,terus ini pengantar nya kalo aku perhatiin ga sesuai sama real yang dibawa terus no 3 typo pula,saran disesuaikan aja
