  one of the best immigration office in Indonesia! the staffs are friendly, they also offered us drinks and donuts while we were waiting for our passport to be processed (what makes me impressed is about the donuts that was made by prisoners from the prison nearby! 🫶🏻) the passport procedure is done very organized and fast, even though my domicile is not in Semarang

  Brand new and very nice immigration office, if you are a tourist and want to extend your visa you have to go here to do biometric, this new office is located about 2km further down the road from the old office. Staff is very nice and friendly. They just need to finish the parking lot, it’s a mud field right now as of 01/06/2026
