    Took the TOEFL iBT here. The test peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc) was really mediocre, far worse compared to IELTS test center (IDP East Surabaya). The test software didn't have accessibility settings to adjust contrast, text size, and color theme unlike IELTS' software. Maybe it also affected my performance in reading which only scored 28/30, whereas in IELTS I achieved band 9. Heck, even the Windows on the computer hasn't been activated yet! What a shame. However, the staff were nice and the office was comfy. Needs improvement on ETS' part
