  It was all of a sudden trip for my Umroh in Ramadhan this year. Alhamdulillah all went smooth, nothing in particularly an obstacle... The assistance from RIMA Tour was very good, I was literally just sending my Passport and the rest was being taking care of and just bring myself to the Airport. Allah is Merciful and Mighty Power. I got sick prior departure and also while conducting the Umroh however the Team Lead & Muthowif was very caring and helpful in providing assistance during procession. On the contrary to the comment previously, we were very grateful that finally TL was willing to accompany us for Maghrib and Isya in Masjidil Haram, although it come with terms and conditions that we should leave after Isya because we have 2 elderly ladies that we have to take consideration of were joining us. And the visit to Masjdil Haram that night was actually not in the schedule. We were complying to the T&C's provided by TL so we can arrived back in the Hotel before 11PM and have dinner. M

  Terima kasih Rima Tour atas pelayanan yang luar biasa. Sy wkt itu berangkat tgl18 Febriari- 27 Februari merasakan awal puasa Ramadhan 2026 di sana. Pendampingan dari manasik hingga di tanah suci sangat terorganisir. Mutowif sangat sigap membantu jemaah, terutama saat tawaf dan sai. Suasana kekeluargaannya terasa sekali, membuat ibadah terasa tenang dan nyaman🙏🏻 . Sukses trs untuk Rima Tour Umroh & Haji Khusus.
