  Fast and convenient services. The staffs were friendly and gave you a hand of assistance that provide great service for the immigration process. I was lucky enough there were only several visitors on Friday, so I didn't have to wait that long to get the process done.

  I went to this office because of the passport provessing quota availability, and can say that it is a really good experience. The trip took about an hour from our place in Serpong. No traffic jam although parking is a bit a challenge. Nice security personnel, friendly officers, smily faces everywhere, ready to help even when you are not asking. Process took less than 30 minutes. Most of the time we spent there was to fill in the application form. So efficient. Mobile Post Office was just right outside to make the payment. Dont forget to apply for the queue online, bring enough cash to pay at the Post Station. I am glad to see friendly Indonesian officers here...

  Quick service and simple..Short queue. Car parking is little bit problem.
