  very fast and good service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean but a little "scary" from the outside (to be honest). You can ask the security guard anytime, they're kind of funny.

  Upon arrival, you will be given a queue number and will be required to fill out a form before entering the building. I recommend bringing a ballpoint pen and a writing pad. Please note that electronic devices such as phones, laptops, and cameras are not allowed inside. Once inside, the queue moves swiftly, and it is essential to have all the documents properly sorted. I recommend filling out the visa application form at home beforehand. In my case, the passport can be picked up in 4 working days. One important thing to note is that the morning slot is designated for visa applications, while the afternoon slot is reserved for passport pick-up. Make sure you bring cash and and right money (uang pas) when picking-up your passport.
