  Excellent standart of services, all staffs are nice, starts from the security to the passport officer lady, they all are so informative in giving clear instructions what to do, not bossy, not condencending and demeaning, and seems that they are chosen to work there because they are smart, professional and like their job to serve people, unlike the local staffs of Australia Embassy in Jakarta who some are seems arrogan, to strict and underpressure, which they need more hospitality in doing their job to not making people get nervous. Thanks to Ibu Arlin who has been really helpful today.

  Useless ...asked to help me fill up Hubby's visa form as I'm visual impaired ...said they couldn't help me ...reffered me to an agent ..its all about $$$$ so what are they here for ???? Don't rely on them for nothing ..Australia gov is wasting thier miney here !!!

  Tidak diperkenankan oleh satpam untuk hanya sekadar menanyakan tentang pengajuan visa (karna pengajuan saya ditolak perihal kurang dokumen). Cukup disayangkan untuk hanya bisa berkomunikasi saja tidak diperbolehkan dan harus ada janji dulu. Bagaimana bisa janjian kl sblmnya hanya apply via website dan ada dokumen kurang tidak ada itikad untuk menanyakan kembali dokumen tsb malah lgsg divonis tidak memenuhi standar untuk apply visa.
