  They really like to use text templates (see the replies to reviews made before) instead of actually helping. We are traveling to Germany for more than 10 years and though the old process at the consulate was not always perfect - at least they knew what they are doing. Quite the opposite of VFS Global. Btw. The branch in Bali is similar bad. Just embarrassing! Update: they replied to my review using a text template. Update 2: They also replied via email asking paperwork that is not required according to the application form of the German embassy. They also don’t speak any German here and get confused if we provide German paperwork.

  Worst VFS Global service in Indonesia...they proceed my wife's visa totally wrong and took almost 5 Million even all our papers was fully complete and correct....don't apply your visa here coz the people there doesn't now about the progress and wasting your money and time...pls be aware of this Vfs Global in SURABAYA...better go to Jakarta..!!!!

  Very poor customer service needed help but they wouldnt allow us to use a printer. Had a qr code they wouldnt use that either. How does an embassy which is meant to help people deny you something so trivial.
