  Much better service now.. Went here at 8.30 waiting for the line, and 10.30 done for all family member. Makesure prepare files and copy them to make it faster. Available coffee break, free print and copying file. Nice

  The officer gonna do some interviews. There's few steps, but it's take not too much time. The coffee is too much watery which is camouflaged with a lot of sugar(and it's free)

  The service is quite excellet but they need improvement as well. The line is so long and seems like all time wasted for waiting. They have already used technology approach to anticipate the booming visitor, it helps but not exponentialy. They also offer one-day service but you need spend more money, sounds like "if we can make it slow, why should we make it fast". -Indonesian Bureaucracy- Uhuu

  The best place and services for imigration things so far. There’s a room for nursery and breastfeeding while we were waiting for document checking. So, dont have to be worry if you come to there with children, because they also have playground and newspaper spot in the lobby when we were in queue for taking photo and interviews. Fyi, I used to register by M-Paspor and really worth. It highly recommended.
