  It has been a really good experience being assisted by SUN Education Alam Sutera, starting from the IELTS course to the university application. Ms. Melita as the teacher guided me in understanding every structure of the IELTS test. She helped me in preparing myself to reach the expected score. Furthermore, the counselor, Bang Alvin has been really informative. He helped me since the beginning: arranging the IElTS test, applying to the university, collecting visa requirements and giving pre-departure brief.

  SUN education group is a very helpful establishment that can help with all sorts of university preparations like IELTS, SAT's, and even the whole admission process. I began going to SUN education to practice and study for my SAT's though later on I started utilizing their university assistance as well. The staff were all very helpful; Ms. Melita who assisted me all throughout my time taking courses for SAT, kak Vorgensius who assisted me when i first started looking for university options, and kak Alvin who's the agent to guide and help send me to the university i decided on, they've all helped me in a lot of ways to lead me to my goal now.

  Overall I had a pleasant experience with Kak Vorgensius and SUN Education. They were very supportive, friendly and efficient regarding my campus' application process and answered any of my questions as best as they could relating to my studies. However, there was just some delays that we took longer than we had anticipated regarding the visa application process for Australia, as it took at least a month for me to have received my visa back. Not only regarding information about my studies but Kak Vorgen thoroughly explained regarding the pre-departure briefing to ensure I'd know what to expect both before and after I arrive in Australia, where my campus is located.
