Stayed at Hotel Santika for a recent business trip to Tasikmalaya, and it proved to be a very solid choice. The location is prime, situated right on Jalan Yudanegara. It is highly convenient because the hotel is just a short walk away from various restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to grab a quick meal or a coffee after work. The room rates are affordable, and you get great value for the price. The staff also provided excellent service throughout the stay, being very attentive and welcoming. However, there is one downside to be aware of: the hotel is surrounded by several mosques. If you are a light sleeper, the early morning prayer calls will likely wake you up, so you might want to bring earplugs. Overall, it is a very good pick. If you can handle the potential noise issue, the combination of a strategic location, friendly service, and budget-friendly pricing makes it a highly reliable base for a business trip in Tasikmalaya.

Reservation was accurate and check-in/out process was smooth and swift. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. Room was in decent size, clean and all fixtures running well. Room lighting was standard hotel room's lighting. Food was first made us dissatisfy but the management listen good and the next day we have a good and tasty local food. Excellent! One minus point for the internet connection was unreliable and asked us to reconnect from time to time.

One of recommended hotel when stay in Tasik. Eventhough this hotels quite old but still maintanenace well. A bit upgrade or rejuvenate will make perfect hotels. The hospitality is good, even I get free upgrade during my stay because the hotel is full book. Its locates in middle of city so it just walking distance if you want to buying food or walk around the hotel

Good location at the city center, near Grand Mosque.Offers free charging for EV.Has good view.Hospitality & service are top notch, every staff including security are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good, they serve various local cuisines.
