  I wasn’t sure if I should do an agency but wow they made everything so easy. You show up to immigration and they already have waited in line for you. Tell you exactly what to do. If you don’t want to think- use these guys, it’s not worth the stress or pain. Just use bali lines. Also I got some confusing messages after from immigration and bali lines was very responsive immediately and explained what it meant.
