  I genuinely cannot understand the many positive reviews here because, unfortunately, my experience with Bali Viza was extremely disappointing. At the beginning, communication was straightforward and professional. We were quickly informed about the price, and we subsequently drove to the office in Ubud to make the payment. The employee we met there was not particularly friendly and came across as somewhat arrogant. While this was not ideal, it was not our main concern at the time. During our visit, we did not yet know where we would be staying the following week. Therefore, we verbally agreed that we would send our hotel address via WhatsApp once our plans were finalized. The employee explicitly assured us that he would identify the nearest immigration office and arrange the appointment accordingly. For context, we are currently staying in Sidemen. After receiving our hotel information, the employee informed us that he had scheduled our immigration appointment in Singaraja. Based on

  I realized my visa expired 3 days earlier than I realized and thought I was screwed, with no way to make it to Denpasar in time!   I’m so happy to have chosen this agency! 😍 I applied for express visa extension. But a few hours later I had to change my plans drastically and leave Bali! So I went back to the office to cancel my order. And a very nice girl assured me that they will return my passport and give a refund the following day. So today I received my passport and a refund as they promised. 😊 They even printed some documents for free for me. ❤️ If I ever need to extend visa in Bali, I’ll only go here!
