They were reliable, communicated very well and I would go out of my way next time I'm there to use them, even if I was not staying in Ubud. I have dealt with other agents previously which left me feeling uneasy, but I was comfortable with this business. The staff were polite, organised and professional, I had dealings with a number of individuals during my visa renewal process in there and they were all respectful and patient, answering any questions or concerns was not too much trouble for them (something you don't find consistently in Bali). This is exactly what you want when you are putting your passport in their hands. I highly recommend them.

  I was eligible for a visa extension under the old policy but they have purposely withheld my application until the new policy came into effect, I was told that I'm just one of their hundreds of clients and they couldn't afford to give me a phone call to inform me of an abrupt policy change. This resulted in tripling the incurred visa extension fees (2.5M idr vs the original 800k) and a long long processing time. On my visa expiration day I was told that I have to accept the new fee or "come and take your passport and go away". Bad mouthed, careless individuals that only care about your money. I DO NOT recommend.
