  I extended my Visa another 30 days and Indobiz made it very easy. I expedited mine because I was leaving for Komodo Island the week they wanted me to go to Depensar for my appointment. Yes, even if you use their visa extension service you have to go to an immigration office and get your fingerprints and photo taken. (I was ignorant and thought I could step that step if I used a visa agency.) If you don’t use an agency I think you have to go to the immigration office 3 times instead of 1. I didn’t have the time to go to depensar to do that so this was the best option for me. They do take your passport and you get it back after your appointment with immigration. I was nervous to give away my passport but it was perfectly fine and an easy process. They tell you exactly where to go at immigration and you don’t have to bring or pay anything there! Thanks Indobiz for making everything easy for me!

  We needed our visas extended and they did it so quickly, even with a holiday in the middle they got everything sorted in a matter of days. There had been a power outage when we got into the airport and 2 of our visas were not coming up in the system and they dealt with all of it swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend using them over trying to do things yourself. All we did was show up and give them our papers and it was all taken care of.

  I went to another agency to help me extend my visa, but they lied to me and tried to overcharge me. I’m so lucky that I randomly googled and found this place instead. The lady, Putri, was very helpful. You just need to give them your passport, and they will contact immigration on your behalf. I saw some people who didn’t understand the rules at immigration and had to go back again. Thanks to this agency, I only had to go once. The fee was very fair too. Highly recommended!
