  Terrible, called and texted before hand, no reply ever, went at 10am on a week day, door locked nobody home, luckily someone happened to be coming in themselves and let me in. Simple do I need a few signatures witnessed, following up and they still don't give me a price or time frame 24 hrs later. Notari I Lombok got this done on the spot in 20 mins for free.   Raka and Vio at Ubud Law Office were like our knights in shining armor coming with the calvary over the hill during the seemingly very confusing, complicated and difficult process of purchasing our first leasehold in Bali. We had no idea what to do initially as this was our first time buying a home anywhere, but once we found them, everything fell into place, which felt like a complete miracle. They were there for us from the moment we met them to when we closed on our house one month later. (Incredible that they did everything so timely, especially around the Christmas holidays as it gets quite crowded here.)
