  Overcharges and doesn’t provide meaningful convenience or help over renewing a tourist visa yourself at the immigration office! I needed to renew a tourist visa expiring in 5 days. This agency quoted me 1M IDR (the visa cost through the immigration office directly is 500K) and quoted me a 3 day turnaround for the visit to the immigration office to complete biometrics. Also, they don’t accept credit cards online so as a foreigner, you must visit their office to pay them (you can pay remotely via bank transfer which isn’t available for non-Indonesian bank accounts). Instead, I went to the immigration office and the people there helped me apply online and complete biometrics in the same visit. Just 1 visit, no more visits needed. Not using their services saved me 500K and involved one less trip to their offices. The immigration office is incredibly helpful and friendly and will answer your questions thoroughly. I fail to understand what value this agency provides for an additional 500K

  We were very fortunate that Abadi Tour made our four-day vacation in Yogyakarta enjoyable and memorable. We spent the first two days of our vacation to visit several places around Yogyakarta (Borobudur, Prambanan, Ramayana Ballet at the Prambanan open theater, etc.), and then spent the last two days to climb Mount Merbabu. Ibu Nurli (the manager/owner of Abadi Tour) professionally helped us create our itinerary and accommodated our needs to make our vacation go smoothly. She provided us nice transportation with a skillful and knowledgeable driver, various tickets and permits, and a very experienced supporting team (guide and porters) to climb Mount Merbabu.
