  I chose this place because they offer sworn translation at the most competitive price in Jogja, but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. The timeline was supposed to be H+1, yet I had to constantly chase them just to get a draft for revision. Their communication is a mess, they told me the hardcopy was ready, but when I arrived, they claimed they "ran out of paper." Beyond the delays, they are incredibly slow to respond. They might claim to have many customers, but being busy is a part of the job and no excuse for a lack of professionalism. They promised a G*S*nd delivery to make up for their internal errors but kept pushing the time back with endless excuses. In the end, they sent it via Instant without even notifying me; I only knew because of the Go** app notification. To top it off, they didn't even bother to reply to my final "thank you." The internal management is disrespectful and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  The staff is helpful and kindly explained to my enquiries. I am still waiting for my apostilled document, but as for the translation the process was fast and easy. They will make sure the translation is finished by the deadline and make sure there is no mistake of the translation by rechecking the final result with you. Good experience overall!
