The hotel is decent overall, and the staff are all good and helpful. However, the price feels slightly high for the experience. The seating and common areas also felt a bit too crowded, which made the atmosphere heavy and less relaxing. With a more comfortable environment and better value for money, the experience would be much better.

Great hotel for family, various and delicious breakfast, great restaurant at the hotel, nice pool and rooftop bar, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Strategic location in the city of Balikpapan. The room is cozy and quite spacious. The breakfast varies and tasty. The service is excellent with helpful staff. Very recommended place to stay in Balikpapan, whether travelling or business concern.
