Finally understand why this hotel is highly recommended for family staycations.|The hotel is spacious and comfortable, with clean and fresh smelling rooms (❤️ it soo much) plus wide beds that make resting even more enjoyable with kids. The service was also warm and very helpful. Kids will definitely love the mini playground, daily mini cinema, swimming pool, and the delicious breakfast with so many options. At night, the rooftop dinner on the 11th floor makes the stay even more special.|Truly an all in one stay experience without needing to leave the hotel. Definitely coming back again 🥰

Staff, the cleanliness of the room and everything is very good. The most impressive thing is that this hotel is very friendly for vegetarians. I have stayed at Platinum several times. The service for vegetarians has improved, starting from the availability of vegetarian menus on Saturdays and Sundays, and they prepare special vegetarian menus. Very welcoming for vegetarian guests. Keep it up, and I hope you can maintain the service and quality of the hotel for all guests and vegetarians.
