The location has good security, beautiful hilltop view, accessible to places of interest. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities met all expectations, providing good value for money. 4/5 for the breakfast option.

  The view is spectacular, the staff are amazing. Steven front of house, Donna at D’nest bar, Nia and Tiara at breakfast. |The hotel reminds me of the Overlook from The Shining. Yes it’s that dated.|I was there for 3 weeks as I had prepaid, big mistake. My executive room was missing bits of wallpaper, had bugs squashed into wall. Do not touch the curtains without gloves. The bathroom had so many leaks we needed a Welsh plumber ! It had no food or drinks available from 9am (end of breakfast) until 5pm. Room service at a premium price was available so why not have a bar open? There are no shops or any amenities within walking distance it’s a taxi everywhere. In fact walking was out of the question as no lit roads and no pavements. At random times of day the mosque, I timed them, from 4am was so loud you could not have a quiet conversation and even indoors it was still loud. That was before Ramadan. |It must have been a fabulous hotel in its past life but now needs major refurbishment.

  I had a wonderful stay at Crown Vista Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out. The facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Batam. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

  Booked the Gala Dinner through IG and got a super fast reply. Everything was easy from the start, and the receptionist was really friendly. New Year’s dinner was still fun even without fireworks. There were so many food choices, all pretty good, and the city view from the balcony was really nice. The staff were chill, friendly, and helpful, so the whole night felt relaxed. Overall, it was a fun and easy way to spend New Year’s night. Definitely enjoyed it.
