  Pretty solid hotel. It’s my first ever solo trip so keep that in mind for this review. Paid about 120+sgd for 2 nights. It’s not fancy but to me everything is just enough for a good stay. Super convenient as it’s just beside the ferry. I paid an additional top up for the breakfast buffet and the food is quite nice for 190k idr. Can’t be mad at that. Overall if you are just looking for a decent hotel, this is really good. Would come back again to this hotel in my future visits.

  My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel, we book 2 rooms and had a very pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my visit.What stood out most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions.The hotel's facilities were also well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start each day.We tried the whole body massage - it’s a must try.Had outdoor pool & gym.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the futur

After our long journey from Singapore to Batam, Mr. Alvano warmly welcomed us with a friendly smile and professional attitude, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. He was also very accommodating in fulfilling our room view request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His excellent customer service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of HARRIS Hotel.   Convenient location. Walking distance from Batam Center Ferry terminal. Footpath can be rough when pushing your luggage. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast comes with big selection of local food. The staff will gather at about 8.15am to performance a dance at the breakfast area with the mascot.
