  The rooms are extremely dusty, and the beds are quite itchy. During my visit, the hot water didn't work at all, and there were cracks in the toilet. The breakfast menu is average, and the hallways need to be cleaned as they appear very old. The location is far from everywhere and deserted at night.

  Recommend this hotel for family n Girl's getaway. Comfortable environment , no nonsense hotel. Greeted with warm n friendly service staff, close to batam centre ferry terminal. Big clean rooms , with prayers mat n attire ,reasonable rates. Appreciate the hotel management effort to keep it in Islamic context. Syukran Mada mozell

  I accidentally picked this hotel because any other hotel were fully booked. First impression, the lobby was clean.||The room however, no working aircon. I bet their aircon is older than me. the water is smelly.||Not enough light. The beds are not comfortable.

  Book 6 room for 2 nights. 2 of the room were very run down, dirty and smelly. Feedback to counter staff and they added extra beds in 2 of the other room as the hotel was fully booked that day. The hotel agreed to change The room the next day. The cleanliness needs to be improved. We stayed for one night only and moved to another hotel.
