    Best menu we tried: TomYum Boiled Noodles and Crispy Tofu. the rest tastes good too. the atmosphere is quite comfortable like at home. Maybe a little spotlight on the ceiling will give a more artistic impression. overall cozy

    This is my first time coming to Rumah Toean, randomly noticed this place from Instagram story/reel feed and love the content spontaneously. The place is very comfy and makes me feel at home. An old fashioned building (house) that is reconstructed into a nice and decent coffee shop. I also noticed that many cyclists enjoyed their morning coffee in the front yard when I just came. Rumah Toean has a very spacious area, both inside and outside. You can decide which one you prefer, inside you can hear slow music played at all times while outside you may enjoy the slight wind blowing from the garden. I rarely say this but most of the food and beverages tasted awesome, I tried nasi goreng kampung, singkong keju, pisang goreng keju, hazelnut latte, flat white, and all of it tasted great!! well done, Rumah Toean, keep up the good job! Surely I will be back here again anytime soon ☕ 👍🏼

    It’s quite a distance from my home to this café, but the trip was absolutely worth it. Coming from the dry, dusty roads, I suddenly arrived at this place and was pleasantly surprised — the atmosphere is so refreshing, filled with trees and greenery. It almost feels like stepping into a mountain retreat. The décor also caught me off guard: it has a slightly vintage vibe, yet everything is clean and homely, creating a very comfortable setting to relax. At first, I had low expectations and ordered an orange americano just to try something different. But wow — it turned out to be one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The orange is fresh and natural, not the artificial essence that many cafés often use. Overall, it was such a delightful visit. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try out their food menu as well.
