The building is painted with solid blue colour, so it was easy to spot from the road. The 'graha' or hall is located near to a mosque on the lower ground (the building complex is a bit elevated). I went here for a wedding reception and the hall is quite spacious and nice. The toilet in the hall has this unique locking mechanism with two door knobs.

The site can be the place for any occasssions, wedding ceremony and reception as well, farewell party and so on. The place is quite huge to be occupied by more than 300-500 persons.
