  Wow. Arnalaya is the most incredible place. I would give 10 stars if I could. The property and location are amazing, but the staff makes it over the top. Every person was so helpful and thoughtful, taking care of even small details for us. We had 2 families staying, and we could have easily had more. It’s so well-designed for an incredible Balinese retreat. We enjoyed our days to adventure but always getting back to Arnalaya at the end of the day. We can’t wait to go back.

  stayed here for a week with a few friends and WOW! the service is outstanding. the house is impressive and cozy. the beds are incredibly comfortable. the pool and ocean view is indescribable. the staff understands true hospitality. security always standing outside the gate. you are taken care of the entire time. you can kick back and relax. our house manager tri absolutely handled everything we needed. what is real blessing and privilege to stay at a house like this... thanks to all the staff of arnalaya house! we love you guys!!!

  11/10 experience! Staff was really great and would definitely return. House had everything from gym, tennis court, chef, etc. If it didn't have something... one of the staff members got it very quickly. 24/7 5 star service! Highly recommend.
