  BaliVIP executed our wedding beyond our expectations! Doing a destination wedding in Bali, we looked for a planner who had comfortably planned many weddings at our venue of choice. BaliVIP ticked this box and were great to work with, answering all of our questions and hopping on calls when we needed some clarity, and providing multiple options for vendors in Indonesia, and ensuring everything was documented and organised in spreadsheets and on a SharePoint. On the day of our wedding, us and all of our guests were absolutely blown away with the service provided. Each key wedding person/party had their own personal assistant on the day to help with everything, from getting things from our rooms, steaming the suits and dresses of the bridal party, providing portable mini fans during the hot evening and soft slippers for the ladies with heels to change into. The team was truly across every little detail and were so lovely. A huge shout out to Jennifer who helped plan everything even better

  Kak Via led the wedding organization for our wedding and she+her team did an amazing job. I was the first one in my family that was getting married which meant that we had a lot of questions of how things were meant to be done and she answered all questions sincerely without ever making us feel bad about not knowing. We started around 6 months before the wedding and made a few adjustments throughout the process as we preferred more frequent communication (once a month earlier, every two weeks later and every week H-30) and detailed planning. The team adjusted well to our communication needs. I think this adaptability is very important as everyone has different preferences and the best team can adapt to their clients. 1.Type of wedding: Chinese (hokkien) tradition + evening ceremony + reception She was able to help guide us through sangjit, morning traditional ceremony and more western parts 2.
