  We cancelled our contract with delapan months before our wedding. They were difficult to engage, reluctant to create our vision and often would provide us with vendors and quotes that were way over the market price. Our tipping point was when they did not meet vendors at the venue and agreed to having a marquee in a location that would have heavily affected the wedding despite there being alternatives. When we finally ended the contract and delapan asked us why, we listed our issues and never heard back from them. Frankly all in all a very miserable experience.

  We terminated our agreement with Delapan approximately three months prior to our wedding due to ongoing concerns related to performance and a complete loss of trust and confidence in their appointed wedding planner, Pascal. Throughout the planning process, Pascal provided little tangible value to the point of being absolutely useless, and many tasks were either not completed or were carried out without the level of skill, care, and professionalism you would expect. Our greatest concern became our suspicions of fraud related to the procurement of vendors. We became increasingly uncomfortable with vendors being recommended who had personal relationships to members of the Delapan team. Despite repeatedly requesting multiple quotations for comparison, we were consistently provided with only a single quote. After independently sourcing alternative quotations, we found that Delapan's recommended vendors were often priced significantly above market value, in some cases by as much as 100%. The
