  TL:DR - they canceled our reservation 1 week before we leave for Bali; tried to scam us by offering a backup villa that’s half the price. They are dishonest and treat you like an idiot, absolutely vile, DON'T DO IT. The whole story: Luxe Nomad messaged us about the cancellation 4 business days before we take off (less if you count the time difference) and offered us an upgrade to Villa Ambra, said we would not be charged for this upgrade. We looked at Villa Ambra immediately and it’s definitely not an upgrade. If you’re reading this, then you have internet so go check out the 2 villas and the price difference. At this point, Luxe did not offer any refund for the downgrade. We messaged back immediately letting them know that this is not an upgrade and they owe us the price difference. As we were researching more, we found that Villa Ambra is running a promotion, where you pay for 3 but stay for 4 nights. Luxe manages both properties but somehow forgot to mention this promotion.   We were meant to get married at Villa Melissa 3 years ago but had to cancel however we ended up being able to still stay and experience this oasis 3 years later! Absolutely outstanding Villa with even better staff! Komang and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The food was some of the best we have ever had and we will be talking about it for years to come! Not to mention they make the best chilli margarita! The Villa was extremely clean and all the little touches made it even better. The photos don’t do this place justice. There are no words to describe our experience and stay at Villa Melissa. My family and I made lifelong memories and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Komang and staff for the best holiday!

  It was really amazing staying here. Before this we had been to many countries and visited many five properties but the hospitality and personal care give to us here was just unbeatable. We were just pampered all the time from all the staff of villa. The arrangement of dinning area was just awesome. The staff is extraordinary good. Would definitely visit this place in near future.
